The Trout Pond Campground is named after the only natural lake in West Virginia. The campground is approximately 90 minutes from Washington, D.C. The campground and nearby recreational area offer an abundant supply of outdoor activities: camping, picnicking, swimming, boating, hiking, and fishing.

The campground has 50 sites each nestled in its own private setting. Almost private. All sites include a fire ring and picnic table. Restrooms with working HOT showers are within walking distance of each site.
